What caused the congestion on the first place? Yet another example of poor service information. Signal Operators having to work area manually, programme machines not in sync.

They do themselves no favours though as the day before they wasn’t cancelling off trains which were cancelled this puts it out of step for the 03:00 rewind.
They would of known at 03:30 that the machines were wrong and we could of done something then but they choose to leave it until the peak started to report them being on the wrong numbers.
Forgot to mention they have to be on number 376 which is the step after the last train to rewind at 03:00
