Has anyone noticed the change in the coloured tiles as you walk between the Jubilee and Piccadilly Lines at Green Park?
Are there any other things like that?

Yes, that's a very subtle and very clever bit of tiling - I've pointed it out a few people (with varying levels of interest in response).
I can't think of anything else exactly like that off hand, but it's the sort of thing Geoff Marshall points out in his Secrets of the ___ line videos if you've not seen them.

I quite like the miniature roundels incorporated into the tiles at the Eastern end of the Central line. I would definitely recommend going to Gants Hill. It's absolutely lovely.

Kings Cross subsurface was once very nice - of a similar era to stations like Gants Hill.
Then it was modernised and I very much wish that the public facing parts of this could be reversed. In short, in my view the platform walls etc are horrid. Whoever decided upon the visual aspect should be ashamed of themselves.

I miss the old tiling patterns at TCR, not least because it reminded me of the tube scene in American Werewolf in London. Then they modernised it for the purple train and it doesn't even look the same any more.

Or we can just call it what it is, the Elizabeth Line (line).
I don't get this Twitter obsession.

Speaking of tiling, who here has done the Aldwych tour where they've done tiling tests in the past?

Simon To be honest Simon Tfl have spent the last 15 years or so ruining the apperance of stations period.
Kings cross subsurface was actually a bit like St Johns Wood/swiss cottage iirc?
To name a few more: Bond Street Central line platform The Bond Street logo on the platform walls and much more interesting colour scheme. Oxford Circus Central line snakes and ladders platform tiles, remember that?
The Bakerloo also had it's own tiles which like the Central have been removed. Sheperds bush central line, yes it was dirty and dark but the tiling looked far better than it does now. Northern and Picc Line Kings Cross, tile patterns now removed.
Picc line Green Park, it used to have a leaf pattern like the Jubilee but was replaced by... rather bland white tiles that also have covered over some of the original Jubilee Red leaf tiling that used to adorn the passageways.
Tottenham Court Road... Don't get me started!

@ad1992 add Sloane Square to that list - another decorative tiling scheme replaced by a bland white bathroom.

Gants Hill is the same era as Swiss Cottage / St Johns Wood. Only that its opening was delayed by the war.
Somewhere on my PC are photos from a staircase at Canons Park. I've not yet got around to publishing them on Flickr and following their recent announcement I am unsure if I should bother. I mention this station because I am wondering if the tiles are original Metropolitan Railway. Or a present-era copy...

Such a shame :-( I count myself lucky I commuted to that station for a while before the refurb (and took photos).

King's Cross, technically, still is - as discovered on our exclusive December 2016 behind-the-scenes tour of the station. Tim Dunn has included a photograph within his write-up of the trip on the London Transport Museum's blog.
