I think H-o-t-H has windows that are fixed, with no wood dividers. Also, the waiting room there is a gaudy bluey/purple, or at least was.

I've sat in that room at Northwick Park, so I agree with Northwick Park.

I know this hasn't quite been running for 24 hours yet, but this is the only time I'll get this morning, so I'm giving the answer now.
As has been noted, this is a waiting room on a Metropolitan Line station with an island platform. The station in question is Preston Road.

I won't ask what you were doing, while sat in that room... waiting for a train to Aldgate, having been to the London Omnibus Traction Society autumn transport spectacular... 3 fast Baker Streets went past the far tracks, it took 20 mins for a train on the slow lines to appear.
