I'm thinking maybe West Ham, looking from near the top of the Jubilee line escalators over to the District and c2c lines.

Answer:ADW was spot on with this one - this is looking out the windows by the top of the Jubilee Line escalators at West Ham, the unmodified picture below clearly shows that it is looking towards the District Line.  (Click for the full-size version)
