Yes, looks very much like Loughton to me, the end of the siding to the East of the station where IIRC the Ongar shuttle would sit between runs prior to it being withdrawn.

Thanks for that, ATO. I actually spent a while looking at the picture trying to make out a Table where one might keep the CCTV!

Well done, this is indeed the siding at Loughton, and for those interested in such trivia it was the first photograph I took specifically for this quiz, on the 18th of December last year.
As for the table in the four-foot, you had me looking hard at things in the photo for anything to do with CCTV that 'table' might be a technical term for!
