Further to the above post, following a staff discussion this thread will remain deleted for the following reasons:
1. The information provided was from an internal TFL communication and sharing it on the forum would likely breach confidentiality rules of TFL staff.
2. We have no way of verifying the accuracy of the information.
Although we do say that the content of posts is the responsibility of the poster, we have to strike a balance. Posting confidential information on the forum could compromise the integrity of the forum. Remember that we are viewed by railway professionals, TFL management, politicians and the press.
