I'm still inclined to say Waterloo travellator, doesn't seem to be on a slope (clever camera angle?). The only other place I can think it may be is London Bridge.

Nah, definately a flat area, you can even see the passage-way at the end...

Answer: This is indeed the travellator at Waterloo, heading towards the Jubilee Line.
Tomcakes is correct about the passage way being at the end, as it took most of the length of the travellator to find a combination of shutter speed and aperture that got the image sufficiently light without blurring.
I did try to change the angle in postprocessing but I just don't have the skill to pull it off.
