It appears to be, on flipping, a reflection of a sign, which I thought initially was "WAY OUT" and an arrow, and then I thought it was "HOLLOWAY ROAD". Must be totally wrong!

I'd agree with ADW ... You can just make out 'Archway', and you can just see the start of the 'Y' to the extreme left

it also has the little green tiles that are at highgate and archway.

Answer:
Well done, this photo was taken at Archway.
What is shows is a reflection of the station roundel in a large, blue metal cabinet at the southern end of one of the platforms (I think the northbound, but I'm not 100% certain). I don't know what the purpose of the cabinet is.
