You can say that again. I've only used the place once - in Gtr Anglia days and it was revolting. Litter strewn, smelled like a toilet, water leaks everywhere, no staff, broken ticket machine. It's mildly astonishing that even in GA days you could see that patronage was rising at the station. I expect it's vastly higher under LO.
