Can anyone recommend an accurate log book featuring all current LUL rolling stock in print height 12 (or bigger) preferably one that gives some additional associated build information/PVR etc.? Many thanks.

There isn't really a book you're looking for that's worth recommending. The best on the market in terms of accuracy of numbers is Jason Cross 'London Underground guide', the 2018 version of which will be out in the next month or so, however it's technically quite light and focuses more on a precis of the network. It is up to date and it also features most of the engineers' and heritage fleet. However it doesn't include the numbers of units our each day or such like; I'm not aware of any guide that does, and you'd be best getting this information yourself from the Working Timetables. Even then it's only as guidance as there are often changeovers between trains during the day.
There's others out there that have a little more technical info but don't meet the same standards of accuracy and photographic record. It's quote q niche area compared to mainline so has never been catered for as well. The official TfL documents that you've been linked to are going to your best option by far.

Many thanks. I think one of the few options may be a platform 5 publication which features all LUL, trams and light rail systems all in one illustrated book but I am told it is priced at over £18 Maybe worth a look.
