The only references online regarding the King's Cross route seem to suggest it was to start at a new dedicated station on the goods yard site at King's Cross through the Copenhagen tunnel onto the Goblin and then somehow from Walthamstow onwards traveling along the proposed M12 motorway towards the airport, the small map in the link above claims the route would also go through Brentwood, Billericay, Wickford and Hockley.
