Well the film took ages and ages to edit, etc., finally 'escaping' into the wild at about 2am Monday morning.
I did not find any evidence of the Belgian Railways livered locomotive - I know it existed as I saw it at Stratford, but not here.
Enjoy!

The text about the film... long enough to be a magazine article in its own right!
This film shows a display of mainline and underground rolling stock which was held in some sidings near to Rickmansworth station.
This event was part of a “Steam on the Met” three day Bank Holiday long weekend event (25-27 May 1996) which featured steam locomotives hauling trains over part of the London Underground Metropolitan Line. (see below)
I do not remember on which of day I came here - videotape did not record dates and this was not written on the paper sleeve.
The rolling sock exhibits seen in this film are:
*Diesel locomotive 37 057 in EW&S livery
*Diesel locomotive 47 219 - livery unknown as the side of this engine was not filmed
*25kV ac electric locomotive 86 605 in Railfreight Distribution livery
*Battery electric locomotive L19
*Track machine 98300
*A stock Metropolitan line train in what at the time was the new corporate livery - this included a rare view of the inner end of a single-ended four car train unit
*1959 tube stock Northern Line train in 1923 heritage livery
*1960 tube stock Central line train (this train was preserved after having been withdrawn from normal passenger service)
*1972 tube stock Bakerloo line train in what at the time was the new corporate livery
*1973 tube stock Piccadilly line train in an all-over United Airlines advertising livery
Also seen are some passing trains, including British Rail (Network SouthEast) Class 165 diesel multiple units, London Transport A
stock and both 'Steam On The Met' trains.
Unfortunately I missed filming the first part of the A stock train, this is because videotape camcorders took quite a few seconds to spool the tape and 'be ready' when starting from rest.
It was possible to enter some of the passenger trains and internal views are seen of the 1959 and 1973 tube stock trains.
For the 'Steam On The Met' event two trains and five locomotives were in passenger service. Most journeys were between Watford (Met) and Amersham stations, with just one intermediate call - at Rickmansworth station. These trains were routed via the 'North Curve', which is a section of track that is not used in normal daily passenger service
The steam locomotives were:
*British Railways Standard Class 4 4-6-0 No.75014
*Great Western Railway 43xxx 2-6-0 No.7325
*Great Western Railway 94xx Class 0-6-0 Pannier Tank No.9466
The other locomotives were:
*British Rail Class 20 No.20227 (diesel powered)
*Metropolitan Railway No.12 (electrically powered).
The diesel / electric locomotives stayed with the same rake of passenger coaches for the whole day. By way of contrast the steam engines were changed each time the train arrived at Amersham station, so that one would be attached to each of the two trains with the third being coaled and watered - at Amersham station.
Both trains had five former British Rail passenger coaches.
One train had a Class 438 4TC set with four Mk1 carriages plus a Mk2 carriage. The other train had a Class 438 4TC set which had been shortened to three Mk1 carriages plus two Mk2 carriages.
When filmed it was not expected that this footage would ever be shown to anyone and to cover for camcorder handling noises plus a few silent still images this film includes some background music.
