Hello everyone
Following up on this subject from last year, are P-CRIDs still in use, as I hear that they are no longer being added to the system? Any clues as to who might be knowledgeable about them, we are still investigating power indication for the Tramway Museum? Many thanks

They were a Tube Lines creation, so only found on JNP. Generally pretty unreliable though, so pretty useless in practice. Would be wonderful if they were reliable.

Many thanks Not everything is fool proof but the traction sections on LU have a COLR - Current On Line Relay. It is a relay that is energised by the traction current which over a back contact when the relay is de energised this is what lights up the RGI’s - Rail Gap Indicator showing that traction is turned off

Ours were being changed over last weekend to talk to The Future™, which is thrilling. 🙃

Signal cabins have repeating relays known as COLPR - Current On Line Repeating Relays but they are fed from the original COLR and they are purely for the indication on the diagram.
One thing to remember where you have points on a different traction section the RGI for the diverging section is switched over the points itself or fed from its associated relay
