Passing today and saw the Cravens unit plus what appeared to be a full set of 1959 stock.
Well it was silver and about 6/7 cars long!!!
Wiki seems to think the Cravens is the only tube stock preserved, so what did i see?

Wiki seems to think the Cravens is the only tube stock preserved, so what did i see? It'll be the 8-car 1962 stock Rail Adhesion Train, covering the east end during the Sandite season but stabled at Ruislip depot or Acton Worka for the rest of the year. It is in corporate colours, but it would be easy to mistake this for silver as there are no red (because no passenger) doors. There are four cars of 1962 stock preserved at Hainault depot, also by Cravens Heritage Trains, which remain as withdrawn, unpainted.
