I took this photograph the other day whilst out on my travels and adventures around London and the Tube Network. So, where was I? The winning prize... Hmm, a slap in the face with a wet fish!

West Finchley... random guess (don't know about little train's stations) It's not one of the Finchley stations either. Clue: It's an Ex-District station.

Dare I mention it? That station between Sudbury Hill and Rayners? It's not South Harrow, but you are getting warm.

Come 'ere and receive yer wet fish! Correct! Was on my way up to a certain station on the Uxbridge branch, got off the Central Line at Eailing Broadway and was going to do E’bway - Eailing Common, then up on the Northbound Picc. But the next EB District had only just got to Spacton Town, so instead I decided to walk 10mins down the road to North Eailing and catch the Picc there!

I was trying to think, which bloody LU stations had a pebble dashed/stone chipping covered building.
Got there in the end...
Suitable time for wet fish exchange: Saturday, 14.30 Edgware, bus stop K. I'll be getting a 142 to Stanmore...

Oh well, have fun on that day! trust you'll share some photographs taken with the illustrious members on this here brilliant forum??? I defiantly will be! Don’t know what pair of tractors are going to be on it yet, I hope 37425 (BR Blue Large Logo) is one of them, haven’t had haulage behind it yet. Would be nice if 37411 (BR Green) turns up on it too, it’d look a very colourful train with the coaching stock! *Hopes for MkIs!* Have rode behind 411 only once on the Cardiff - Rhymney circuit last year.

Rode behind 408 along the North Wales coast yonks ago when it was still in Large Logo BR Blue. At least a ton on the clock and 5 mkII's in tow. Abergele. Massive clanging noise from the front, and under the 2nd coach, in which i happen to be... Hears this noise, looks concernedly at me mate. Pulls into Crewe, loco gets shut down, and notice 5 staff peering into what used to be a vent grille. Mentioned to the driver that if he wants it back, its just past Abergele!
Good machines these be... Nothing beats good old English Electric!
