I'm currently sat on a stationary TfL Rail train between Forest Gate and Manor Park, I've just had a look on the live map of signals between a liverpool Street & Romford and every signal on the GEML between these two stations (at least) are red...anyone know why that would be?
Update 18:10, after 10 minutes of being stationary trains finally moved again. TfL Rail currently showing as Suspended - Entire Line.

The TfL website reports a signalling failure in the Liverpool Street area, and a signal systems failure causing severe delays on the Goblin. Presumably the fault is a the Liverpool Street signalling centre and is affecting Woodgrange Park Junction/Manor Park Junction as well (I believe more freight is currently using this route than normal due to the derailment at Ely last week)
