I'll add RWP170 to the list - the yellow aspect is actually in the upper lens as well...

Maybe I'm getting myself a bit muddled in what I'm looking for! To me, a fixed repeater is a fixed distant (as we called them on the main line) an example (from Clive Feathers collection) is HERENow I know we don't have any of this type on LU( : , but maybe I was thinking of somewhere with a signal with only a single yellow aspect!

RWP17, REC300 & REC300.3 is the correct answer. Alan (and other drivers) - Have a look at the line diagram in your line supplement. They are clearly stated as fixed yellows And were still going!! Anyone gonna have a stab at the last two? 2) Stations have mirrors/monitors which are used in all sorts of combinations, to show the driver the doors along the full length of trains. How many platforms on the District line use 5 monitors within their set up?4) On what date did the current Fulham Broadway booking hall open?

It was suggested that RWP170 never showed green, not RWP17, which I would expect could indeed be cleared outside sighting distance of the T/Op (at least for a move into platform 8). And were still going!! I thought this station had two; the original DR booking hall and the "OMG FOOTBALL GAME" booking hall at the other end of the station.

It was suggested that RWP170 never showed green, not RWP17, which I would expect could indeed be cleared outside sighting distance of the T/Op (at least for a move into platform 8). Oopps - typing error on my part, I did indeed mean RWP170. I'm not at home at the moment, so without the aid of mu trusty line supplement I can't explain the area in great detail without the relevant signal numbers - but essentially the signals on the approach to Ealing Broadway are 'approach controlled'. In other words, the relevant signals will only clear in front of the train operator, and only below a set speed - hence the reason for the fixed yellow. Gunnersbury uses five monitors on the westbound, so there is at least one station. Yes indeed, that is one..... Which one? I thought this station had two; the original DR booking hall and the "OMG FOOTBALL GAME" booking hall at the other end of the station. RE: Fulham Broadway- There indeed two entrances, and although technically the football entrance is operationally a booking hall, it's far from being equipped as one ;D ;D. What I am referring to essentially, is the shopping centre entrance, though the football entrance became operationally available on the same date....

Well, we know it was definitely 2003 (even Wiki confirms that!) but sadly no month! I'll take a guess at August 2003?

I'll go for October 2003... I'm trying to think if the football season was ending, starting or not happening at all when it opened!
As for the question about 5 monitors, I'll guess at 4? I know there's at least one through the city with 5 monitors, but without watching the DVD I can't remember exactly!! ;D

Westminster has 5 monitors in one direction, can't remember which.
Chiswick Park W/B has 6, and a mirror!

As I seem to out foxed you lot on two of my questions, here are the remaining answers:
The current Fulham Broadway entrance was opened on Monday 30th June 2003.
There are 7 platforms with 5 monitors in the opo set up: Monument, eastbound Cannon Street, eastbound Temple, eastbound Westminster, east & westbound Fulham Broadway, eastbound Gunnersbury, westbound
