I think this is about the most obscure picture I can find in my collection... brj.5000megs.com/IMG_2285.jpgEdit: I knew shifting some stuff over to another server was a mistake... the file had a capital extension but it was converted for some reason to a lowercase one .

Bit dirty and beat up there.
Somewhere on the Northern Line High Barnet branch?

There are indeed points at this location, but it's not on the Barnet branch.

If it's tombeevers it's probably northern end of Picc, but I've racked my brains and cannot think of anything with a carpark that close. Probably coz the carpark's been opened in the last 25 years.

Despite t/op92's post, i'm sure i've seen somewhere resembling this on the Met. Trouble is i've only been on that line twice, and the last time was two years ago ;D ;D

No-one's got it yet - but the photo was taken in 2003 if that helps . Think of what's in the area of the trees... Google Earth has a perfect representation of the view . Edit: it's not on the Met either.

It isn't taken from the reversing siding at Debden is it? Just been looking on google Earth and that's the closest I can find to the photo.

Sadly no-one got it, it was in fact the car park at Cockfosters taken from a train pulling in to the easternmost platform (4, IIRC).

I did leave the filename in there - if you'd compared it with the earlier Cockfosters picture you'll see it's only a few on from that. That said it was quite a difficult one, perhaps I should try an easier one next time.
