Fixed - seems the webserver automatically changed filenames to lowercase extensions for some reason :S.

No chance: I wish others would make posts here. I'm running out of material. Nice to think I got the correct side of the road when I've not been there for over 20 years! BTW the garage opposite used to have the cheapest petrol for 10 miles around (which is a HELL of a long way in London!)
