I will be visiting Acton as a member of the public this year and will be there on the Sturdy from 11:00 AM Is there any planned meet up for District Dave members?

Would imagine something will probably go up tomorrow or in the coming days. I'm pretty sure luacton, littleredtrain and I will all be there on the miniature railway all weekend.

I won't be there this year. Sounds like the LTM has upset many of the traders by increasing the fees and relocating them outside in insecure tents which means they have to move all their stock over night!
Hope to be there next year.

I'll be honest, we've not even discussed it. Over the last few years we have seen fewer and fewer members coming to the Acton social and with the D Stock final train and/or tour it feels like one of these might be a better occasion for a social. Of course, members are always free to organise something themselves and the forum staff are happy to post an announcement to highlight this if somebody is prepared to organise things. |
