Definitely not Rayners Lane. We don't have any help points on the station, save for the single one in the Ticket Hall.
Will guess at Sudbury Town?

Inset 1 an ex Communist bloc "Pioneer" railway? But I've no idea where. Possibly USSR proper as the writing on the end of the coach seems to be Cyrillic.

I have been on the pioneer/children's railway in Budapest. It made for a good outing. But I can't tell if the picture is of that particular railway.

I thought that chap with the flag was Jim Bowie, but on second thoughts, he might be one of the Sikhs who served in Italy against Il Duce.

The main location is not served by the District line.
The chap with the flag is neither Jim Bowie or Sikh. I don't think he served in Italy either.
