What can I say? Correct in every detail. Now, who can add something extra to the Barking photo (track-wise), and who can make some comments about the Acton town one (traction-wise)?

Acton Town, the normal service on the South Acton shuttle was normally a single car (with a cab at each end) but was some times replaced by a 2-car train as seen in photo No. 2.

I can't remember seeing a pic of a two-car shuttle before. Is the two pairs of disconnection boxes (if that is what they are) connected with this one-car/two-car capability? Russ

2 - Acton Town.
A two car train (formed by two 'normal' motors ) was used when either of the Special 'G ' cars were not available and required a two man crew.
