So in English? EKE Electronics have won a contract to retraction the 92TS fleet (only on the Central line) worth almost 20 million euros? Interesting if that is the case as it would seem from quickly browsing their website that they don't actually do traction motors themselves, but the contract seems to be filed under Train Monitoring.

I imagine it must include the W&C, cant see them wanting to keep spares for such a small batch of trains.

The W&C is likely to be an early recipient of the new trains potentially driverless.

20 million Euros is surely too cheap for retractioning 85 x 92TS trains. Sounds more like there is some confusion and this is actually a TMS. EKE supplied much or all of the original TMS, known as DTS. Perhaps someone who really knows will enlighten us...
