Noise between Wanstead and Leytonstone

Hi everyone

For the last year i have been using the central line between Stratford and Gants Hill. Some of the noises this line makes are crazy loud, the first lot of noise is leaving Stratford east bound where it dives into the tunnel making all sorts of banging and clanging kind of noises. But the worst noise I think i have ever heard on a tube line is going from Wanstead to Leytonstone it must be about 20ish seconds before exiting the tunnel that this very loud  sound that lasts around 3-4 seconds occurs. I cover my ears every time as the sound is just awful and i've noticed other passengers doing the same. Is anyone familiar what i describe? What is causing it?
