I think it is one of the abandoned Northern Line extensions. My money is on the Ally Pally branch. The train is formed of ex-Great Northern (quad-art?) stock hauled by what I believe is an N2 tank.
That station is GN architecture.
Looking at the nameboard and size of words on it, Muswell Hill or Crouch End would be my guess.

Note that the stock has 1st, 2nd and 3rd class compartments.
