Good morning everyone, On Twitter alerts they said that it's a special service just between Stanmore and Baker Street. I know that it is not possible to reverse trains in BS even in Bakerloo branch. So, all trains continue running to Charing Cross platforms and reverse there?

Looking at Trackernet. Trains are running on the whole line but detraining/entraining at Baker St.

Why not detrain at Baker Street and run empty to Charing Cross, or reverse at Waterloo?

Crew reliefs etc. Normal timetable can run meaning that all the stock and crew end up in the right place. Turning short requires a special timetable, and reduces flexibility if further stations open (which they did).
