Oh poo! How did you know? Well done I recognised the concrete canopies, plus the 73TS is a big give away. ;D I also know where the other Photo was taken is but I'll let someone else answer it.  |

Can anyone tell what the building on the lft is behind the railings and also the long building in the far background. They were not there in my day. The building on the left is bollo house (home to Acton picc drivers) and the one on the right is part of the Acton works . |

My maps show that the most likely candidate for the mess in the background is a group of office buildings (Labelled "Chiswick Park") behind Acton Works, and going as far as the NLL half of the Gunnersbury Triangle.
There are only six in the map, but it seems likely that more have been built since.
