Having been told by a volunteer at the Transported for London Design Festival that "All the good stuff's at Acton!", I recently went on a tour at the Museum Depot.
I'm aware that many forum members will already be familiar with London's transport history and the huge range of vehicles and artefacts on display at Acton. But for those who aren't, here's some pictures to give you an idea.
The tour was very pleasant, well worth the money and highly recommended. In theory this was research for a novel, but actually it was mostly for fun!
