My favourite three are: 1. London Euston - Fort William (Caledonian Sleeper) 2. Fort William - Mallaig (Jacobite Steam Train  ) 3. Crewe - Holyhead (Only when a LHCS set is on the service, not a 175 or 57+Bendolino) |

Tonbridge - Reading on a Class 119 or Met Cam DMU, now all history. Journey was even better with the blind up!!!

I also liked the class 302 & 308 that ran on the LTS, and the class 309 (clactons) on the Great Eastern.

Mine are:
York - Manchester Vic with cl 40 + mk1s
York - Newcastle with a Deltic and any stock
Manchester Vic - Bury with a cl.504
London Bridge - Uckfield with 2x 205.
Amersham - Baker St with A stock

In a similar vein to my previous replies in such polls...
Favourite: A or C stock, travelling from Baker Street to King's Cross.
Least favourite: A or C stock travelling from King's Cross to Baker Street.
Though at time of writing, due to engineering work, my favourite is 72TS to Oxford Circus...... ;D
