Ive noticed a 3 Aspect signal at baker street, Red, blue & I'm assuming green (tho i haven't seen the green aspect) Is this similar to the central line ATO Signals.
On the northern line we don't have any colour light aspects on the running line and we share the same ato system with the jubilee,
whats the reason for the signal Im guessing probably for trains in rm or engineering trains?

It's because the junction beyond the platform at Baker Street is with the colour-light signalled Bakerloo line.
Red applies to everyone. Stop. Blue is for authorisation for a train with functioning ATP to proceed towards Bond Street. It will go blue when the train is able to proceed. Green is for the route over the junction onto the Bakerloo.

There's a second one at Neasden on the Northbound because Met line trains can go into the depot from the Jubilee Line platforms
