What is the crewing arrangements for the overnight Richmond stabler?
Does the driver who brings it in from Upminster take it out next morning? If so, what does he do for those approximate four hours? If not how are the incoming and outgoing drivers expected to get to/from Richmond?

Don't know if it is a night rostered driver but to get drivers to and from site not just Richmond then a booked taxi would be provided.

The Richmond stabler T117 is run by an Acton late turn driver, who then has a staff taxi provided back to Acton Town.
The reverse operation happens in the morning for train 51, with an Acton early turn driver.

Thanks for the answers gentlemen. Are these trains that are stabled at out-in-the-open locations more liable to vandal damage? Or is Richmond staffed 24 hours a day?

Security is always provided if a train has to be outstabled planned or otherwise

However, this thread doesn't seem to break any forum rules. It isn't promoting graffiti, and the stabling of the train at Richmond is not an unusual move, but a regular timetabled one.>>

I certainly didn't mean to highlight vandalism, I was just curious. If you want to delete this thread that's fine by me.

Edit: As the original question has been answered, we are going to lock this thread.
