As per the title.
The TfL website says "no service between Tower Hill and Barking." Now obviously the normal service couldn't be turned at Tower Hill, nobody would expect that, but with the Circle line closed I'm guessing something more than the 6-or-so trains per hour I'd expect Tower Hill to be able to handle comfortably will be required. But obviously with Mansion House basically out, I'm anticipating something at least mildly interesting must be planned?
I mean, presumably with stepping back you can operate Tower Hill on a one-in-one-out basis fairly easily and turn a lot more than 6 tph there if you want to (and I'm sure they will), but will some be going to High Street Ken for example to help out? And what exactly is planned at Tower Hill?

Richmond-Tower Hill every 10min (11 trains required) Ealing-Tower Hill every 10min (11 trains required) (combines to every 5min Turnham Green-Tower Hill) stepping back 2 trains at Tower Hill.
Wimbledon-Edgware Road (S7) every 5min (16 trains required) Olympia-High Street every 20min (2 trains required) Barking-Upminster every 10min (8 trains required)
usually with Circle Line a 2½ service operates on Saturdays Gloucester Road-Tower Hill.
