It may be a long shot but does anyone have a photo of the intermediate home signal on the eastbound approach to Loughton, please?
It’s the one looking like a “Christmas Tree” – combined stop and repeater with junction route indicator, warning signal with junction route indicator, yellow distant disc and shunt for the goods yard (and probably a signal post telephone if my memory serves).
A scan would be very useful if possible - I'm sure I have seen it in a book about the Underground many years back (probably just after the Central Line was extended there) but I don't seem to have a copy (of the book or the photo).
Any help would be gratefully appreciated (and acknowledged, of course).
Thanks in advance.

I do have a scan of this picture (a copy of which I purchased from the old Record Office at Edgware Road many years ago) but as it is copyright I don't think I am at liberty to place it on this board. If it is for research or study purposes I might be able to send it to you privately.

Unfortunately, I don't have the picture, but just out of interest, is that signal LT26 RLT20 (combined with shunt signal LT58 and warning signal LT27)?

That's right, plus Loughton Inner Distant (disc).

This was a lot more exciting, please see above posts for more details
