Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place. My partner has just renewed her young persons railcard and needs it reloaded on her oyster card. I'm taking her back to uni this weekend so i'm wondering whether the ticket office at Limehouse(NR) will be able to do this as we pass through?

NR ticket offices - no, so far as I know. Barrier staff at LU stations should be able to do it, though

Any LOROL station should be able to do so, as should a handful of NR stations that have Oyster functionality. This does not, unfortunately, include Limehouse.
However, as stapler has pointed out, any LU member of staff should be able to do it; experience suggests trying a busier station when more staff are around, but all should have the ability. If it's a renewal it should take a matter of seconds.
