As with any incident, the first phase is the on-site response, in the following days the exercise moves away from the site and into hospitals, mortuaries etc....

Yesterday day was day one of an four day event, must be more to it than a tube incident , are the other day's top secret ? I suspect that they don't want the press around hindering things.... after all went any incident occurs, there usually isn't a plethora of photographers, cameramen or interviewers around to record events ! |

Keeping the news media out of the way, and out of harm's way, is surely an important part of any incident control plan. |
