Where can one download or get a hold of the font TfL Icons?

I believe you need to pay for a licence to use the LU font.

I believe the P22 font is only text the TfL Icons font is the actual symbols that they use like the daggers, wheelchair symbols etc

A few years back I found a freeware one called Paddington which was close enough for the project I was doing. I don't know whether it's still available.

the pictograms you want are part of the official New Johnston font which is licenced to legitimate suppliers.

You could buy a CD Rom from LT Museum shop a few years ago which contained three versions of Johnston P22 font which included the various symbols that were used not sure if they still do it though
