Hey all,
In todays engineering notice it is stated a posession is in effect at Ealing Broadway to install a new escape footbridge. Obviously this work is relating to Crossrail, however is there any information and pictures relating to the work going on there today (i.e. a twitter account etc)?
Thanks!

A new footbridge is already in place between pfms.2/3 and 4. Central Line trains are unable to use pfm.5 and all are scheduled to use pfm.6.

Hence half of the Ealing service is being reversed at North Acton.

Should eventually continue to the Crosrail platforms for interchange with the Underground lines

Does the new footbridge offer interesting new views of the station which are suitable for those of us who like to use cameras?

As indicated by the OP this looks like an emergency escape bridge and only covers pfms.1-4, when completed I would expect a door at the bottom, similar to Barking pfm.1

Further to this, the footbridge has recently been extended over to pfm.1 and to the emergency escape exit onto The Mall
