From Crowood Press: The London Underground Electric train, written by the redoubtable Piers Connor is a well-researched and profusely illustrated book about the development of electric traction and the design and engineering of the electric train. Recommended.

That's the correct RRP indeed.

£20 on the Crowood Press (the publishers) site & other sellers on Amazon & eBay have it cheaper then £25 all in.

But Crowood Press also has a book called Practical Garden Railways for £19.95-tempting!!!
