I've noticed (about ~1 in 15 times) when a driver of an S Stock travelling Westbound at Bromley by Bow releases the brake and is about to pull away, the acceleration doesn't kick in and the train starts to roll backwards down the track before the driver re-applies the brake and tries again. The second attempt seems to always be successful. What feature in the train prevents the train from beginning motoring in these odd occurrences, I've not experienced it at any other station and it happens too often to just be a one off incident.

Possibly lack of doors-closed visual? will prevent forward motoring but allow brakes to release, doors-closed visual will only illuminate in a braking position or 'off & release'.
