What has happened to the northern line this evening. There are 4 trains out of service on the southbound between Moorgate and Old Street even though the failure is northbound. Are they running trains south to run them north at Kennington or is the service that bad. and another train with the destination West Ham !!!

I agree, there are some odd things being shown on the live departures. I've just seen two trains with destinations of Oval and Colliers Wood, neither of which are places where trains can be reversed. It's now showing the line as suspended south of Kennington.

Are there issues with the signalling system as train 116 is switching between track codes TJ20481 ( Jubilee Line between Bermondsey and Canada Water) and TN10912 (Northern Line at Morden)

There was a cable loop failing intermittently at Tooting Broadway. Train there at the time then went non communicating, went into RM. subsequent trains went through the area in RM as well. It turns out the loop cable was under one of the running rails and was crushed, hence the nature of the fault.
