I have just wasted 30 mins of my life trying to do this, and ended up going round in circles via their switchboard
does anyone have a number i can get through on rather than the merry go round that is 0343 2221234 and 0343 222 0000
I wish to suggest a name for one of the proposed tunnelling machines to be used on the northern line extension and have a great 'hook' and PR coup for them.
so can anyone help please?
Oh i might add that up until this attempt i have found everyone who is customer facing on the Oyster line without exception to be the most helpful and polite bunch i people i have had the pleasure to deal with. They are a credit to TfL.. But as always the PR Dept always screws it up!!!
