Does anybody have any diagrams of how Camden Town used to be before the 1924 re-building and are there any junctions or signs of the old layout still extant?

Good question! I think that the new junction may have been threaded around the old one, but I may be completely wrong here. The Yerkes tubes used cylindrical junction caverns, instead of step plate caverns. It just so happens that where the CX branch splits into the two Northern branches, the caverns are cylindrical. But it may also be because are now two tunnels entering each cavern at each end. Anyone else know any more?

Original Junction Tunnels, Camden Town.
The original junction tunnels were the two cylindrical large diameter tunnels which are now used by 20 and 23 Crossovers. All the other bell shaped tunnels were built for the addition of the City Line connections.

Mornington Crescent Signal Box was closed and it's controls were incorporated in the new Camden Town Signal Box at the same time.
