TfL have published a paper setting out plans, funding and timescales for upgrading the suburban stations on current NR bits of what will become Crossrail.

Brief points
- provides a consistent scope of service delivery and quality at all stations. The scope varies at individual stations.
- makes all stations accessible where there wasn't already funding in the CR1 project budget.
- fills in where Crossrail were not going to upgrade stations
- allows "hard to gate" stations to be gated by opening new entrances or decluttering ticket halls.
- Great Eastern stations to be complete by May 2017 as Crossrail brand launches then when Class 345 trains come into service.
