That is just bizarre!! Seems strange though that it sates the driver knew about it upon leaving the depot, but they only took it out of service once a member of the public complained!??

Well the way it's written, it still implies (to me) the driver was aware and just carried on until flagged by the public (although of course doesn't state if was told to!). Maybe I'm just nit-picking! The main point is, what a wired thing for vandals to do!

All in all I reckon Roger Waters did it.

Frankly, the S stock implementation of selective door opening demonstrates a little more refinement.

This is just selective door opening - German style. Vorsprung durch Technik ! As some here pointed out, walls were very 'à propos' in Berlin

Talking to a German colleague at work today, this has been doing the round in Germany for some time now. Apparently it was constructed out of light weight breeze blocks and expanded foam between stops by some sort of flash mob. I think I would be checking out the Berlin Technical College and their brick-laying team !
