Around the late 70s maybe early 80s 1532 unit was involved in a derailment in Hainault Depot,9533 had to go away to Acton Works for repair & for about 6 months to a year 1532 was used on the Woodford shuttle as a 3 car unit covering for Craven units being reformed from 4 car to 3 car units with 38TS trailers.As it happened they ran out of money for the work & only 3 units got done 3902/6/8.

1532 unit became 3 cars 9/77 and 4 cars again 8/78.

Thanks reganorak.BTW,were you aware that during the 70s until 73TS started arriving there were 2 trains of 62TS on loan to the Piccadilly the only unit I can remember was 1542 which I believe was involved in the second Leyton collision.
