I went down to Queensway today to have a little bit of a go over the crossover. Since all the Epping branch trains were going to Marble Arch, with the Hainault trains going to Queensway, I had to change at Marble Arch. While there, I noticed the old signal cabin was being used for something. Does anybody know what it was being used for, the lad on the platform didn't seem to know?

They were stepping back and double ending trains at Marble Arch, so probably just being used as a base.

I thought it might be something like that, thanks superteacher. It was nice to see it getting some use! Is the SER in there, or is that elsewhere?

The old Marble Arch cabin is a PNR point with hot and cold water for drivers to make tea etc.
