According to Wikipedia when (in 1926) the Metropolitan Railway rebuilt Edgware Road station it was equipped with platform indicators which could display 'Aylesbury Line' and destinations such as Verney Junction and Uxbridge. Were these indicators similar to the ones at Baker Street and did they also include Watford? Not certain but I believe that one of the indicators is at Quainton Road and I think that it going to restored to working order with LEDs and not fluorescent tubes and I was told that one went to the LT Museum.
