I take the Jubilee line from Westminster to Canary Wharf on most days for university and have noticed recently that on a number of trains, the DVA has changed to include an extended gap/silence between the "is" and *station* in "The next station is x" announcements. I've also noticed this between the "at" and *destination* in the "This train terminates at z" announcements.
Has anyone else noticed these changes, and is there a reason they have been put in to place? At first I thought it was only one train (96130) however it is has probably been about 4 or 5 that have these announcements.

I've heard it as well and just thought it was a fault, also does anyone know why sometimes when the doors open it skip "this station is" and goes straight to "this train terminates at"?

I have heard this extra delay in announcements on various units for a few months, and I think the number with it is increasing. Do like this update .
