I recently purchased the Marsdonshire add on and I tried to download it but it came up with this message
"An error (-5001 : 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If this error still occurs, please contact your vendor."
I don't understand what this means so could you please help me?
I paid nearly £20 for something that doesn't work and that's rubbish!
