Heard a whisper that a district line train might have paid North Ealing a visit this morning, just like the late great DD himself! What are the procedures for getting the train back onto the green line after this occurs? Cheers.

On this occasion was again a D Stock sent to South Harrow and back, piloted by a Station Supervisor.
An S7 would be unable to travel onward and would need to be brought back behind the signal.

Where would the Supervisor be obtained from? I'm assuming the train ran to North Ealing to tip out before continuing?
